With an abundant knowledge and experience in the design and marketing industry, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to Mass Enthusiasm. In years past Chris has worked for local technology and marketing firms. He has also worked with national and global retail companies in a design, marketing, and technology capacity. Chris is a 20-year veteran of the advertising industry, specializing in internet technologies, strategic brand development, and corporate advertising. Chris is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a BS in Computer Science. He is also a lifetime member of Psi Chi - The National Honor Society in Psychology. In his off time, Chris can be found taking care of his 3 beautiful children, mentoring students through the Dunbar Mentoring program and being an active participant in local community outreach programs. Has a birthday coming up.

Ryan O'Connor is the Creative Director for Mass Enthusiasm. He brings to the table over 10 years of experience in design and fine art. Ryan's design focus is centered largely on accessibility and user experience due in large to his many years working in an eGovernment capacity. Ryan has also worked for several small and large design agencies including one of the South's largest retailers.

Abe Sanchez joins the Mass Enthusiasm team with over 8 years experience working on a wide range of web related projects. With a strong focus on web standards and usability Abe brings to the table a vast array of knowledge and skill. If it needs to be designed, coded, programmed or simply just planned out, Abe is able to make it happen as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Jenna Dixon joins the Mass Enthusiasm team with over 9 years of experience in web development and design. With a strong emphasis on the arts, Jenna is able to create beautiful and functional websites with ease. She has a slight obsession with typography and pretty much anything aesthetically pleasing. With a history in freelance, Jenna also brings to the table solid customer service skills.

A Computer Science graduate from Harding University, Andy is the resident programmer at Mass Enthusiasm. Andy is academically trained and has post-collegiate experience in database-oriented web programming. Andy has a knack for logic and problem solving, as well as an understanding and appreciation for the visual arts. With a well-rounded skill set and a desire to continue to learn and adapt to new technologies, Andy is a valuable addition to the work at Mass Enthusiasm.
